At Aaditaara Divine Foundation, we deeply appreciate your support for our social causes. We strive to maintain transparency in all our financial transactions. Because donations are made voluntarily to support charitable causes (Women Empowerment, Special Education, and Health), we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. General Policy on Donations

As a general rule, all donations made to Aaditaara Divine Foundation are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, the funds are immediately allocated to our ongoing social projects in Jaipur and surrounding rural areas.

2. Exceptions for Refund Requests

We understand that mistakes can happen. We will consider refund requests only under the following specific circumstances:

• Technical Errors:If your credit card/bank account was debited multiple times for a single donation due to a technical glitch on our website or the payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Unauthorized Transactions:If a donation was made without your consent (e.g., fraudulent use of your card), subject to verification by your bank and our payment partner.
• Incorrect Amount:If you accidentally entered an incorrect amount (e.g., an extra zero) and notified us immediately.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Please send an email to aaditaradivine555@gmail.com with the following details:

• Full Name of the Donor
• Date of Transaction
• Donation Amount
• Transaction ID (from the Razorpay confirmation)
• Reason for the refund request

4. Important Conditions

• 80G Receipts:If an 80G tax-exempt certificate has already been issued to you, we will be unable to process a refund, as the transaction has already been reported to the Income Tax Department.
• MDR Charges:Please note that the Transaction Processing Fees (MDR) charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back after deducting any bank or gateway charges.
• Refund Timeline:Once approved, the refund will be processed through Razorpay and will typically reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account/Card) within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s internal policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

• One-time Donations:Once a one-time donation is successfully captured, it cannot be “cancelled” or “stopped.”
• Recurring Donations (if applicable):If you have signed up for a monthly or recurring donation plan, you can cancel your future contributions at any time by emailing us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
